I'm going to be honest here and admit that I love gifts. I treasure the Mother's Day fridge magnet from day care in 2006. It has survived every fridge door purge, and been rescued carefully from under the fridge twice. Give me something like that with Breakfast in Bed and I consider my Mother's Day made (ok, do the dishes as well please).
With the exception of the magnet, I especially love gifts I don't need to store, or dust.
Now should you need to drop some hints before Mothers day (remember the print of the surf life saving frog? I wish I could froget it), I've rounded up some clutter free gift ideas that you just might want to print out and stick on the fridge as a hint...
A de-cluttering voucher - the clutter-free gift that de-clutters
A personal training voucher - If Jenny can get me back into shape, she can make you leap tall buildings
A styling and wardrobe de-cluttering session - CityEast girls will tell you that Jennifer works wonders
A painted portrait of your dog or cat (ok, it is not totally clutter free, but I can't resist Melanie's paintings - the pug puppy is hilarious)
Enjoy, and remember to put the tea and toast supplies down low next weekend so you aren't 'suprised' by a gigantic crash and a puddle of milk under the stove. Finding a pre-schooler standing in the glass fruit bowl to reach the plates is not an experience I wish to repeat.
