Yes, as always, I’m going to start any week in the kitchen encouraging you to use a shopping list.
Even a basic piece of paper on the fridge door with a pen in the mug above is better than nothing. We end up with clutter in the pantry cupboard because we buy stuff we don’t need ‘just in case’ while we are at the supermarket.
Plan five meals a week (just make a list of 5 dishes you will cook at the top of the shopping list). Buy ingredients for those meals, and check what you have in the freezer and pantry before you go shopping. Hey presto – much less kitchen clutter.
