Paperwork: declutter and claim medical bills

Posted on March 18, 2013 by lessismo | 0 Comments

Do you have Medicare or health insurance receipts hanging around that you can claim?

If you haven’t already done so

a) print out the form from the medicare or your insurers website

b) fill in the details which don’t change

c) photocopy 5-10 copies

d) file them in your concertina folder with envelopes (look up the insurer and medicare’s address) and stamps.

Doing this makes future claims easy.

Now just assemble all the claims, and put them in a pile for either medicare or health fund.

Fill in your form, post them and wait for the money to hit your bank account.

DON’T Go and queue up at Medicare – it is a waste of your time and you will just catch a new bug.
